PANGLIMA RIAU is a backend service designed to streamline land use planning and investment processes in Riau Province, Indonesia. The system supports a mobile application built with Flutter, enabling users to access spatial data and investment guidance efficiently. Developed as part of the Panduan Pembangunan Wilayah dan Investasi Bersama (Panglima) initiative, this project facilitates coordinated decision-making for regional development.

The backend is built using Node.js, PostGIS, and PostgreSQL, with Knex as the query builder. Docker is used for containerized deployment, ensuring scalability and stability. Additionally, Cron Jobs are implemented for scheduled data updates, and multiple API integrations enable seamless data exchange between services.
